A Photo Transformed... When it came to the incredible shot I captured yesterday of our male bald eagle from Shiloh, Tennessee, I knew I didn't want to do too much to the photo -- as it was pretty darn spectacular already! Rather than blending away his background {which I do with most of my photos}, I decided to keep the original background and just give him a little boost. So I opened up the Dreamy Skies Collection and got busy. :) This collection ended up being just perfect, with the vibrant colors and lighting, and super soft and subtle texture. Now Hiram looks even more beautiful, and the autumn colors I saw with my eyes are even more evident in his photo, thanks to the textures I chose. I worked with three of them, layering them on top in overlay and soft light layer modes -- and in low opacities...just enough to enrich the original photo.
