TEXTURE/BACKGROUND LICENSE
Below is the text of our texture/background licensing agreement. Please read this agreement as well as our Terms of Service before purchasing, and if you have any questions about whether your intended use of the textures will be in accordance with this agreement, please drop us a note before purchasing.
Royalty Free Commercial Use License For Textures/Backgrounds
Jai Johnson/DailyTexture.Com (the "Owner") of the copyrighted texture(s), background(s), and/or other resources, being purchased (the "Work"), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use the copyrighted Work and to incorporate the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, into derivative works, including works for sale, distribution, and licensing purposes.
You are prohibited from selling or distributing electronic copies of the Work as standalone files or as part of a product from which a person is able to extract the Work as a standalone file.
The Work must become part of your own derivative work before distribution and all files must be flattened before distribution of your derivative work.
You are prohibited from making alterations to the Work and offering the Work as a downloadable digital background or texture.
No files may be shared to a website or community where the Work can be extracted or used as an "effect" in any manner by a third party.
No files may be uploaded to a third party software where the Work may be extracted or be utilized by a third party.
Owner retains all other rights in the Work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute copies of the Work in all markets and territories.
In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work. You also agree if you violate the above licensing agreement in any way, your license will be immediately revoked {with no refund issued} and you agree to immediately remove from publication any works which violate this agreement.
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.

MAKER COLLECTIONS LICENSE
This license is different from our standard texture/background license and ONLY applies to the Maker Collections images on the website.
We have added a new category in the shop - Daily Texture Maker Collections. The license for images in this category is different -- if you are interested in purchasing the completed art in our Maker Collections category, you can read that license below. A copy of this license is included with any collection you purchase.
Jai Johnson/DailyTexture.Com (the "Owner") of the copyrighted Maker Collection image(s) being purchased (the "Work"), hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use the copyrighted Work for personal crafts and for creation of handmade physical items, including items for sale online or offline, such as prints, cards, coasters, mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, or other items you produce yourself, such as decoupage creations.

You may not use the Work on print-on-demand websites, including but not limited to Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Fine Art America, Cafepress, and Imagekind.

All physical items you create using the Work must be made by you or under your direct supervision.
You may use a printer, transfer service, or other production method to make physical items, provided the item is handmade or produced under your control.
Owner retains all other rights in the Work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute copies of the Work in all markets and territories.
