Good morning everyone! I test every new texture and background I create on my favorite subjects I photograph regularly, which are bald eagles, Tilda {my Mockingbird} and songbirds in my garden, like the sweet little Bluebirds. I hope you enjoy this video showing how I turned a recent bluebird photo into art using one of these new backgrounds. I work on art every morning while I have my coffee. It's the most peaceful time of day, while everyone is asleep. This morning, I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do, so I sat down and started blocking out an abstract landscape using Procreate on the iPad. At some point, I got bored, and decided I didn't want to work on the painting anymore...but I kind of liked the way it looked so far. I decided to start adding textures on top and see what I could do to turn the basic painting into, simply by using textures. The video below gives an overview of what I did to create the final work of art -- well, actually TWO works of art. :) Watch the video below to see how the final art evolved:Texture Sets Used In This Art Creation: |
